Tech-enabled Business Models

We believe that digitalization and technology will be a key driver for the sustainable success of any company. Recent events will serve as a catalyst for disruption through tech-enabled business models and transformation of traditional businesses.

Superior Growth

We believe that value generation can best be achieved through a combination of growth and cashflows.  In accordance with this conviction we are building a balanced portfolio of disruptive young companies as well as traditional businesses with strong transformational capabilities.

DACH Focus

Through our investors, investments and partners, we have one the strongest networks in the DACH region. Consequently, we are focussed on targets rooted in this region using our proprietary and early access to attractive companies.

Partnership Approach

We believe in the symbiotic partnership between founders and managers on one side and investors on the other side. With a very high level of structuring flexibility we are guided by the principles of alignment of targets and incentives. We are backing strong founders and management teams.

Our team is well positioned to capture our opportunity set. Through our extensive experience in private equity as well as our early stage network we will avoid hype investments and prudently deploy capital into proven business models where product development as well as full-scale commercialization has been accomplished. We only invest in businesses which have positive unit economics and which have proven to be able to operate with profitability. We will also invest in traditional business where technology can enable superior organic and inorganic growth rates.
